Darko Entertainment is a feature film and television production company specializing in a unique, eclectic, and subversive slate of material. Officially formed in 2006 by Richard Kelly, Sean McKittrick, and Ted Hamm, Darko Entertainment has created such films as the cult classic Donnie Darko. Based in Los Angeles, Darko Entertainment's goal is to support filmmmakers with a unique voice while establishing Darko's brand to help independent films reach a wider audience.
